Photography 101 for the Yearbook Club

Collaboration with Audra Bilow

We are excited to collaborate with Audra Bilow, the Communications and Community Outreach Specialist for the Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District No. 35. In addition to her primary role, she also serves as the McKinney-Vento Coordinator, Parent Liaison Coordinator, and SHAC Coordinator.

During our general meeting on February 2nd, Ms. Bilow led a photography training session for our yearbook club members. She covered the fundamentals of capturing high-quality images, including how to properly frame a shot and the significance of lighting. Furthermore, she emphasized the ethical considerations in photography, particularly the importance of respecting individuals' choices regarding their participation in photographs.
