CTMS National Junior Honor Society held its induction ceremony on  Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

To be considered for NJHS, students must have no 1's on their report card, be recommended by a grade level teacher, and complete an essay and application showing their community service and leadership experiences.

We had two eighth graders, four seventh graders, and ten sixth graders reach and meet the expectations.  A total of sixteen students were inducted during Wednesday's ceremony. Students entered accompanied by the Rio Rico High School Saber Guard and Color guard.

The special speaker of the night was Hope Noriega, a former CTMS NJHS member who currently works for the University of Arizona as a global enrollment counselor.

The ceremony was a wonderful event celebrating our students.
